TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Bookings are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

• Booking time slots are shown from current day until 10 days ahead.

• Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 20 hours before session starts.

• No refunds for late cancellations, no shows and expired packages.

• In the event of rain, we will contact you. If it rains before your session begins, you may reschedule. Should it rain midway through your session, any remaining time will be carried forward to your next session. However, if we advise postponing the session due to the weather and you choose to proceed, rescheduling will not be allowed if it rains.

• Flow does not provide insurance coverage.
